Wife Shobha

Shobha and I met at the Univ. of Maine in 1990 and have been married for 10 years now. She is a Molecular Biologist and works for one of the top Biotech firms involved in making DNA Chips.

Without Shobha, our house would fall apart in no time. She is a good wife and the best mom my kids could have. We all appreciate her hard work in running the house.

Daughters Nishi & Ritu

Nishi and Ritu are an absolute joy to be around, except when they get cranky. Like most siblings they either play for hours without a sound or they fight for hours over a toy.

They like to play Reader Rabbit and other educational CDs on their computers and various board games.

More about Nishi

Nishi is in First Grade in September 2001. She is bright but is also the quiet one. She likes to listen to pop music on her boombox. She has a good voice and likes to sing both hindi and english songs. She also enjoys watching Pokemon, Digimon and other TV shows.

More about Ritu

Ritu goes to Pre-K. She is also very bright but is extremely naughty. She also likes singing hindi and english songs. She likes me or Shobha to push her on the swing for hours. I suspect she is the one who broke our CD changer that I had to fix.
